Payment Method

Upon making a booking, we will confirm inventory availability and send you an invoice via email. We invoice through Wave Accounting ( you do not need a WAVE account). You may pay by e-transfer (preferred) or credit card.

Once payment is received your Grass Greetings booking is confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.

  2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

  3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

  4. We do ask that you take pride in your lawn display, and treat it with respect.  Please do not move the items.

  5. Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs.  Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items ARE our property and business.  It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

  6. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.  Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.

  7. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.

  8. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

  9. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

  10. Grass Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Refund Policy

  1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

  2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.

  3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

  4. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

  5. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

  6. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

  7. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

Privacy Policy

Grass Greetins is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Any information we gather at this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason – period. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.

We respect the privacy of personal email accounts and we store your email addresses just as securely as other personal information Grass Greetings. We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to any organisation beyond Grass Greetings without your permission.

However, we will use email to inform you about promotional offers; to maintain your user account; to keep track of your order history; to respond to customer support inquiries and to  tell you about changes to our Website. If you do not want to be kept informed in this way by email, please email us, we would be happy to remove you.

Grass Greetings reservers the right to use any photograph/video taken of the installed sign, without the expressed written permission of the client/. Grass Greetings may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used including but not limited to: brochures, social media, books, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, no images will not be identified using full names, address or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

If you do not wish to have the image recorded for distribution you should make your wishes known to Grass Greetings in writing to info@grassgreetings.com  of you instructions.

By booking this service or by failing to notify Grass Greetings, in writing to info@grassgreetings.com your desire to not have your photograph used you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Grass Greetings from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Grass Greetings may not use, copy, alter or modify photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission.

Hazardous Conditions

We can not make deliveries during severe, hazardous weather conditions

(i.e. lightning storm, snow storm, hurricane warning, flooding). 

We will attempt to reschedule, or a full credit will be issued. 

By placing an order/booking with Grass Greetings, you agree to all policies stated above.

Travel Charges

Free delivery to Pitt Meadows and some areas of Maple Ridge. Bookings West of 240th in Maple Ridge are subject to Travel fees $10- $45 based on mileage. See map for range.

In the event that a sign install cannot be installed once the installer has travelled to the location.. The travel fee will not be refunded.
